These terms apply to using SiteProof's public site, a marketing site with a static demo. The site presents information about the service. It has no sign-up, customer accounts or contact form.

Information on the site
The information on the site is provided to introduce SiteProof. It may change and isn't a binding offer. The site offers information and a demo only: it doesn't check real websites, and using it doesn't create an agreement for any service. Any service agreed with you is subject to what is agreed separately.
The demo
The demo is based on an offline copy of the Hamatakenet website, with deliberate edits, and illustrates how the product is used. It isn't the result of checking a live website.
Content and rights
SiteProof's software, name, design and film belong to the site's operator. Don't copy or distribute content from the site without permission.
Third-party services
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and contact takes place on WhatsApp. WhatsApp's own terms apply to your use of it, and we aren't responsible for how it works or whether it's available.
Liability
The site is provided as is (AS IS), and we don't promise it will be continuously available. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damage from using the site or relying on its information, to the extent the law allows.
Changes to these terms
An updated version of these terms will be published on this page with its date, and applies from then.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
